The STX Turboforce 3500-TFHD Electric Meat Grinder is STX International's most powerful meat grinder, boasting a locked motor wattage of 3500 watts and a brushed stainless steel housing that will complement any kitchen. Unlike smaller size #5 or #8 grinders, this size #12 grinder features a durable 100% polished cast aluminum grinding head, auger, and meat pan.

Included in the complete package are a main grinding power unit, a grinding head (consisting of 4 parts - meat pan, auger housing, auger, and front lock nut), 3 stainless steel cutting blades, 4 sizes of tempered steel grinding plates, a tempered steel sausage stuffing plate, a set of 3 sizes of sausage stuffing tubes with an adapter, a Kubbe (also known as Kibbe) attachment, a pair of meat shredder claws, and a burger-slider patty maker press.

The grinder is powered by a heavy-duty 3500-watt motor and features 2 forward speeds (high and low) for grinding and sausage stuffing, as well as a reverse speed to use if something gets caught inside the grinding head. A circuit breaker/reset button on the bottom of the grinder will stop the machine if the motor overheats or if something becomes stuck, allowing you to quickly remedy the issue and resume grinding.

The size #12 grinding head, with its AVI (Advanced Variable Intake) technology and 2-1/8 inch high-capacity meat tray feeder opening, enables you to grind larger portions of meat in a shorter amount of time. The 3 stainless steel cutting blades and 4 tempered/hardened steel grinding plates (4mm, 7mm, 10mm, and wagon wheel) should be hand-washed and dried, as they are not dishwasher-safe.

Additional accessories include a set of 3 sizes of sausage stuffing tubes (3/4 inch, 5/8 inch, and 1/2 inch) with an adapter, a Kubbe attachment for making traditional Middle Eastern dishes, and a new ergonomic-style meat pusher with storage for the sausage tubes.

The package also includes a pair of meat claws, which are great for shredding cooked meat, holding down pieces of meat for cutting, and providing a solid grip when handling hot or slippery foods. Finally, a burger-slider patty maker press allows you to quickly prepare perfect burgers or sliders with the included waxed transfer sheets.
