The aluminum channel cooling system used in our products is made of very high-quality 6063-T5 aluminum material, which ensures excellent heat dissipation for the LED strips (not included). Without the aluminum channel, the LED strips would become very hot and dim quickly. The aluminum channel system keeps the LEDs cooler and prolongs their lifespan, while also enhancing the overall beauty of the lighting.

The aluminum material is anodized, making it anti-corrosive and easy to cut down to any desired length using a hand saw or air saw. The cover for the LED channel is made of high-quality, flame-retardant material that will not turn yellow for up to 2 years. The milky cover diffuses the LED light, creating a softer and more uniform illumination, ideal for decorative and accent lighting applications. The cover is also easy to install, simply requiring the user to insert one edge into the aluminum channel and snap the other edge into place.

We have updated the endcaps for the channel, making them stronger and preventing light leakage. Additionally, we offer extension connectors (search "B07885PZH6") and L-shaped corner connectors (search "B0788CFWTV") for the channel (these connectors are not included).

Our package includes 10 x 2m (6.6ft) silver aluminum U-channels, 10 x 2m (6.6ft) milky PC covers, 50 mounting clips, 48 end caps (24 without holes and 24 with holes), 50 screws for wooden surfaces, and 50 screws for hard walls and ceilings, providing everything needed for easy installation.
